Ordering

You can order safely and easily on line using our shopping cart system or call us, weekdays from 9am to 6pm, for advice, queries or to order. Our offices are permanently staffed.

Using our website couldn't be simpler: add one product to the cart by clicking the 'add to basket' link against the product listing. The contents of your shopping basket are then displayed, and you can change the quantity or remove the item if you wish. Click on the 'continue shopping ' button, and you return to the shopping page where you can add further products.

You can review, change or cancel your order at any time prior to the checkout by clicking the 'view basket' button which is located at the top right of each page

To complete your order, go to your shopping basket and click the 'checkout' link. This will take you to a secure encrypted server, where you will be asked for your delivery address and given a choice of payment options. You can pay by credit card (sorry we cannot accept American Express), debit card, paypal, or if you prefer, you can print off the order and mail it to us with a cheque. Please make cheques payable to 'Morethanpolish Ltd'. Don't forget to add carriage.

Credit card transactions are securely processed via HSBC Bank plc, using the highest level 128-bit encryption that is commercially available. The transaction on your statement will show 'Morethanpolish Ltd'.

Prices
All prices are in Pounds Sterling, including VAT. We reserve the right to change any advertised price or withdraw special offers at any time and will advise you of any such change before despatch. Export orders will be calculated net of UK VAT on goods when you select your country of residence.

Packaging and delivery
All products can be delivered to your door within (typically) 4 days in mainland UK, for one flat postage rate of £3.95 except where stated. Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, but for urgent deliveries please contact us. Please note our Next Day delivery cut off time is 2pm for web orders, 3pm for phone orders, though some products may be much earlier.

Overnight delivery means ‘next working day’ and orders placed on Friday as such will, unless agreed, be delivered on Monday. For Saturday rates please contact us.

We also ship worldwide, please contact us for delivery charges if your country is not listed, or the product type not catered for. We try to set a carraige rate that makes most orders economical for you to purchase, but if you select the incorrect rate we will hold your order and request additional funds to cover our costs. We do not consider carraige to be an area for profit..

Customer Collections

You are welcome to collect in person from our premises just 5 minutes from the A1 south of Stamford. Please call in advance to ensure we have stock. We are open Monday to Friday 9 am to 6pm.

Sundry Payments Codes

We may refer you to this part of the website in order to pay for extras, product upgardes, pre-purchase inspections, overseas shipping surcharges etc. Note that these will add carraige at the rate applicable for your country, though you may state UK as the delivery country and allow £3.95 for delivery to be added.
